Some Common Shower Problems

There are often issues that can be headed off before they cost you loads of money and having us as your Atlanta plumber often makes all the difference. For example there are some signs that mean you should consider your shower needs some work before things get to a critical stage.

Mineral deposits from hard water are often the culprits when the flow from your shower head stops working the way you want it to.  You can clean it with a vinegar solution overnight but if that doesn’t work you should more than likely replace the fixture.

The shower pan needs to be looked at periodically as well. Remember that if you ignore this waterproofed part of the system after it stops working properly, you can wind up with a rotted sub floor in you home.
